Elements that aren’t meeting customer expectations for condition and function are replaced or restored. Typical repairs include replacing deteriorated materials; missing elements, such as a metal flashing or a termination bar; abnormalities (e.g. blisters, seam voids, fish mouths, ridges, buckles); and collapsed or shuffled insulation below the membrane. Repairs will be performed in accordance with recommendations provided by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) for membrane, built-up, metal, and SPF roofing systems.
