Routine commercial and industrial roof inspections are useful to extend the life of the roof through early detection of problems and limit deterioration. Using a standard process and inspection checklist, D. C. Taylor Co. examines the condition of the roof system, evaluating each element. Once complete, we compare the condition and function of the roof system against customer expectations. After the inspection is complete, we provide a verbal report that lists all activities performed, a description of the condition of roof system elements and components, and any roof system components that do not meet expectations.
