Introducing Matthew Dailey, Service Project Supervisor

May 23, 2017

There is no better teacher than experience and Matt Dailey has plenty of it. “He’s been roofing most of his adult life,” says Kevin Vandenlangenberg, Vice President/Construction Manager, D. C. Taylor Co., Chicago. “Matt is dedicated and does a very nice job for D. C. Taylor Co.” He is OSHA 10- and 30-hour certified, as well as First Aid and CPR certified.

Name: Matthew (aka Matt) Dailey

No. of years roofing: 38

Roofing project you’re most proud of: WaferTech LLC in Camas, WA

When I’m not roofing, I’m working on my truck or walking/hiking.

My favorite food is salmon.

D. C. Taylor Co. is a good place to work because of my co-workers and the management.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve seen while roofing? Lamp posts swaying then realizing it was an earthquake.

Throughout 2017, D. C. Taylor Co. will be sharing a blog profile of one project supervisor each month. We think our people are our most valuable asset. After you meet them, we think you’ll understand why.
