What are the pay and benefits like?
Great Pay—Wages range between $17 and $30+/hour.

401k Matching—After one year of employment, employees 21 years of age or older are enrolled in our 401k plan; the company matches $0.25 for every dollar, up to 6 percent.
Paid Time Off—Roof/service technicians and project leads are eligible for one week of paid vacation at the start of their second year of employment, and up to 80 hours (or two weeks) for supervisors.
Referral Bonus—All employees can earn a $500 bonus for the referral of a new employee.
$500 Sign-On Bonus—New employees are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus when they get referred by a current employee.
