Meet Timm Haefner, Vice President and Construction Manager
As a second-generation employee, and someone who recently celebrated 40 years with D. C….
Thank you for stopping by and getting to know us. I’d like to help you better understand some of the values that are very important to our company.
No. 1 is safety. Nothing is more important than human life, and it is a requirement of our humanity – not just D. C. Taylor Co.’s zero-tolerance safety policy – that we do whatever is required to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, as well as any other individuals present at our job sites. Our commitment to safe roofing practices is reflected in our lower-than-average incidence rates and the continuous training opportunities we provide.
Second to safety is quality. We believe in building things to last. It’s better for our customers and better for our environment. This starts with identifying the project stakeholders’ objectives, roles and responsibilities, and aligning project tasks for their fulfillment. This process and our culture of continuous improvement enable us to deliver quality projects and remain successful in this industry.
Lastly, I want to emphasize customer service. Our customers define us. The environment at their facilities and the processes being performed, the stringent requirements, and challenging conditions have made us more skilled as roofers. Despite having more than 70 years of knowledge and best practices, we are relentless in our pursuit of improved service delivery.
Regards,
Brent Taylor, President

"Great crew! I appreciate the quality of work."
"Thanks again for providing this valuable service to RMHC Central Valley. Your crew worked the better part of the day and did excellent work for us."
"Your team did a great job today. Thank you for all the work your team does for us here."
"Thanks to you and your team for everything. The roof looks great, everything is cleaned up, and we think our old building looks better than ever."
"I want to thank you guys for taking care of us this summer. You have some pretty good folks on your staff and I got to work with several of them. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Manny for being as versatile as he was all summer long. Having to change plans and skip around roof areas as frequently as he did due to obstacles in his way was a tough ask of any crew leader. I was impressed by his even demeanor throughout the whole project. "
