Leak Repair
When a roof leak is impacting production, people, or property within your facility, trained
D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technicians are ready to help. They will identify the leak, locate the source, repair defects, review results, and perform a water test if necessary. You will also receive a report
that contains before and after photos of the leak inspection and repair
activities.
Basic Inspection
A D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technician will inspect your facility using a standardized process and checklist. Interior: Walls and ceilings will be inspected for signs of water infiltration or staining which may indicate a problem on the roof. Exterior: Coping caps, edge metal, base flashings, penetration flashings, drainage components, traffic patterns, and the field of the roof will be inspected for deficiencies. You'll receive a verbal report and inspection checklist that identifies corrective actions.
Tenant Improvement
When adding, modifying, or removing rooftop penetrations and equipment, D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technicians will complete trade work based on a set price or a time-and-material basis. Trade work will be completed according to manufacturer's specifications. You will receive a work order photo album that contains before and after photos.
Infrared Moisture Survey
A D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technician will identify, document, and report moisture within the roof system utilizing an infrared camera to discover if a hidden or unknown leak source is present. He/she will also Identify the location and extent of wet insulation and determine whether a roof should be torn off or recovered based on saturation levels.
General Preventive Maintenance
This service helps you gather existing roof condition information and complete minor repairs. It is important to prevent a potential roof leak that could impact production, people, or property within the facility. Preventive maintenance saves money by reducing life-cycle costs and extending roof life.
Warning Stripe Installation
D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technicians will furnish and install perimeter warning stripes. It supports an OSHA-compliant site fall protection plan. Provides a visual demarcation alerting employees of fall hazard exposures.
Walkpad Installation
Roof walkpads provide protection from damage or premature failure in roof access points such as ladders, hatches, and doors. They are also valuable under satellite dish and equipment supports, and where frequent maintenance activities are performed. Walkpads provide additional traction to prevent slip hazards.
Asphaltic Membrane Repairs
