Project ProfileBasic Inspection

A D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technician will inspect your facility using a standardized process and checklist. Interior: Walls and ceilings will be inspected for signs of water infiltration or staining which may indicate a problem on the roof. Exterior: Coping caps, edge metal, base flashings, penetration flashings, drainage components, traffic patterns, and the field of the roof will be inspected for deficiencies. You'll receive a verbal report and inspection checklist that identifies corrective actions.

When adding, modifying, or removing rooftop penetrations and equipment, D. C. Taylor Co. Service Technicians will complete trade work based on a set price or a time-and-material basis. Trade work will be completed according to manufacturer's specifications. You will receive a work order photo album that contains before and after photos.
