Worley Warehousing
Roofing solution stops leaks and condensation without adding to weight load concerns. Worley Warehousing, who warehouses both dry goods and refrigerated products, was experiencing condensation and leak problems in one of their buildings. During the initial inspection of the roof, the D. C. Taylor Co. team found weight load concerns that would limit the reroofing options. D. C. Taylor Co. worked with a structural engineering firm to design a reroofing solution that would solve Worley's condensation problems and protect their customers products without overloading the structure. They used lightweight materials to protect the building and to increase the "R" value of the insulation. View PDF>>
