Responsibilities:
Develop long-term customers via
direct sales. Develop relationships with roofing decision makers (building
owners, facility managers, plant engineers, procurement officers, etc.) based on
trust and confidence leading to negotiated sales opportunities in an assigned
territory while acquiring the additional skills and knowledge specific to D. C.
Taylor Co. that are necessary for success.

Contract and service sales and
revenue objectives.

Building and maintaining customer
relationships.

Developing new relationships with
prospective customers.

Understanding workflow and job
processes within the company.

Directing marketing/sales support
activities for sales territory.
Successful candidates must have:
-
Bachelor's degree Required
-
Minimum of
five years sales experience in the construction
industry (roofing experience definite a plus); must be a seasoned outside
sales professional

Excellent leadership and
communication skills.

Computer literacy needed

Experience with computer based
estimating system
-
25% travel needed
